Deal Integrity Policy
Every opportunity shared within the BTC | USDT Elite Circle must originate from verified principals or mandates. Each deal should include essential information: - Type of transaction (Buy/Sell) - Volume - Price or discount structure - Jurisdiction / payment route - Verification status (KYC, compliance, or escrow readiness) Posts or introductions lacking verifiable details may be declined or removed by the admin team.
Commission Structure
1. Partnership & Principles - Equal Partnership: Forne & Berg Ventures is recognized as an equal partner in all deal commissions. - Trust & Transparency: Operations follow a gentleman’s / gentlewoman’s agreement, with all commission splits documented internally for clarity and accountability. - Structured Flexibility: Standardized templates ensure predictable distribution while allowing adjustments for unique deal structures. 2. Deal Example – BTC Deal with 6/3 Discount - Sell Side: Closed - Buy Side Commission: 1.5 % total, shared among contributors Step 1 – Identify Contribution Groups: Group 1: Contributors A, B, C, D → share 0.75 % Group 2: Contributors E, F, G → share 0.75 % Step 2 – Calculate Individual Commission: Group 1: 0.75 % ÷ 4 = 0.1875 % per person Group 2: 0.75 % ÷ 3 = 0.25 % per person Example Allocation for Forne & Berg Ventures: If in Group 1 → 0.1875 % If in Group 2 → 0.25 % This structure serves as a guideline and may be adjusted for specific deal circumstances. Open discussion is encouraged to tailor arrangements where necessary.
